Shipping & Delivery Charges
When dispatching to the we will use Royal Mail Registered post. All prices quoted on our site exclude postage. The cost of postage will be displayed when you go to check out to buy your item. The shipping cost varies according to the item you buy.

We try to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. Although in certain circumstances (for example if an item you have ordered is out of stock and we are waiting for new supplies) you should allow longer for delivery. If we can't dispatch your order immediately we will always contact you to confirm dispatch dates. As part of the shipping process an email is sent to you when your goods are dispatched from our shop. This email will give you a guide to when your goods will be delivered.
It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that someone is available at delivery address you provide when your order is delivered. If your order is returned to us by the carrier because they couldn't deliver the goods or because you didn't arrange to collect your order from their offices you will be required to pay an additional postage charge before we re-supply your goods.
